International #PronounsDay seeks to make respecting, sharing, and educating about #PersonalPronouns commonplace. Today is #PronounsDay, celebrated internationally for the past 4 years.

Have you heard about "Fight" and "Flight"? Did you know that there are another three options "Freeze", "Flop" and "Friend"?

I've seen a lot of people use the phrase "I'm an ally, so..." as some sort of shield or defence when they have been questioned. I wanted to reiterate that the term #Ally is earned and not something you claim.

Happy Bi Visibility Day. Whether you are out or not, whether you are questioning...
